We're thrilled to welcome you to Kelowna, BC! One day just isn’t enough, so we’re hosting a welcome party around the fire to kick off the weekend. If you’re in town early, we’d love for you to join us! This is optional, but for those who’d like to come, we’ll have a shuttle to and from downtown Kelowna for easy transportation.

Please join us for our outdoor wedding ceremony and reception in the mountains, followed by dinner and dancing under the stars. Bus transportation will be available from a central location in downtown Kelowna to the venue, with several shuttle times for a safe return home. For those who want to keep the celebration going, we’ll have late-night bites, drinks, and an additional shuttle for a safe, late-night ride home. Kiddos: While we prefer that adults attend the celebration on their own, we understand that many of you are traveling from afar to join us. If you're bringing your little one, please let us know. We'll be arranging an on-site babysitter so you can relax and enjoy dinner and some dancing. More Attire Info Guys: Slacks with a nice button-up shirt. Ties and suit jackets are optional. Gals: Summer dresses are perfect. Please keep in mind that most of the wedding will take place on grass, so block heels are recommended for comfort and stability.
